Pakistan Railways (PR) has made a wonderful statement to help passengers during the Eid ul Adha holiday season.
PR has decided to give a significant discount on all passenger trains and classes.
According to an official announcement, fares have been reduced by 33%. This discount will be available for the whole three-day celebration.
To ensure that this decision is carried out effectively, the Chief Marketing Manager (CMM) PR has directed Divisional Superintendents in important cities like as Karachi, Quetta, Sukkur, Multan, Lahore, Rawalpindi, and Peshawar to enforce the guidelines.
In a related development, Pakistan International Airlines (PIA), the country’s flag airline, has joined in the celebrations.
For the three days of Eid ul Adha, PIA has provided a 10% discount on domestic flights.
