The heat has intensified at an alarming rate and a heatwave has also been forecast. So, the timings of federal educational institutions have changed.
As per the notice of the Secretary of Education, federal educational institutions will now be open from 7:30 AM-1:00 PM.
These timings will take effect immediately and remain enforced until the summer holidays. The Secretary of Education explained that the decision to change the timings has been taken to avoid the severe weather conditions from affecting students and teachers.
