One of the three email service contact lists that can be synchronized with a Kindle Fire is Yahoo Mail contacts. Data saved in your Yahoo Mail account is sent to the Kindle Fire’s Contacts application, which runs an updated Android OS. Add your Yahoo email account as a current account in the Email application to connect it to your Kindle Fire. When you add contacts to the application, they are immediately backed up in the Amazon Cloud.
Adding an Email Account
Tap “Apps,” then “Email.” When asked, enter the Yahoo email address and password. Your Yahoo account will be synchronized with your Kindle Fire. Return to the home screen, then touch “Apps,” then “Contacts.” Tap “On” next to the Sync Contacts option after selecting the Yahoo email account.
