Ingredients

  1. 1) 1/2 kg boneless meat, cut into small cubes
  2. 2) 1 tbsp garlic paste
  3. 3) 1/2 tbsp ginger paste
  4. 4) 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
  5. 5) 1 tsp turmeric powder
  6. 6) 2 tsp cassia buds powder
  7. 7) 1/2 tsp tenderiser
  8. 8) 4 tbsp oil
  9. 9) A few mint leaves
  10. 10) Salt to taste

Method

  • 1. Mix all the ingredients, except oil, with the meat and marinate for two hours.
  • 2. Heat the oil. Fry the meat on a high flame.
  • 3. Sprinkle a little water and cook on a low flame till the meat is tender, keep adding water as required.
  • 4. When tender dry the excess water.
  • 5. Garnish with mint leaves.
