The HEC will utilize the Higher Education Aptitude Test (HAT), administered by the Education Testing Council (ETC), as the primary selection tool for these scholarships. This test is designed to be transparent, uniform, and accessible, ensuring that deserving candidates have an equal opportunity to secure the scholarships.

Aspiring scholars interested in availing themselves of this opportunity must complete their online registration by the deadline of October 17, 2023. The HEC ETC HAT MS/MPhil Admission Scholarships 2023 test itself is scheduled for October 29, 2023. Candidates will receive crucial information about the test date, time, and venue via email and SMS.

Before entering their respective test centers, candidates should remember to bring the printout of their roll number slips and their original CNIC. These documents are vital to ensure a smooth examination process.

This initiative by the HEC is a significant step towards promoting higher education in Pakistan and providing deserving students with the opportunity to pursue advanced studies in their chosen fields.
