Dubai Schools Summer Vacation Start before Eid ul Adha
Dubai’s schools will reveal their summer break schedule for the next nine weeks. Summer holidays will begin in Dubai schools on June 26, 2023, and Eid ul Adha will be celebrated on the scheduled dates of June 27 to June 30, 2023. Students and instructors should be informed that Dubai Schools’ summer vacation will begin before Eid ul Adha.
The United Arab Emirates has published a schedule for the 2023 – 24 academic year, and the new academic year will begin on August 28, 2023, just after the summer holidays end.
According to the Knowledge and Human Development Authority of Dubai, certain freedom has been provided to schools in determining the finishing dates of their academic year.
According to KHDA’s schedule, GEMs World Academy’s summer term will end on 7 July, and Dubai International Academy’s year will end on 26 June.
KHDA emphasized that the academic year cannot conclude before June 28, and many schools would terminate the academic year on this day before the Eid vacation. Following the sighting of the moon, the KHDA will formally declare the Eid ul Adha vacations for Dubai schools.
The new Islamic year is anticipated to begin on July 21, and the birthday eid of the Holy Prophet Muhammad PBUH is scheduled for September 29, 2023.
