This new-age app is designed so that all groups of people like senior citizens, women, sick, and disabled persons can benefit from a convenient way to access government services.
Citizens can readily apply for all such vital services such as Domicile, E-Stamping, Birth Certificate, Death Certificate, Marriage, Divorce Certificate, Motor Vehicle Transfer, Property Tax, Token Tax, and New Vehicle Registration, etc on this application.
You can start the process by calling the call center at 1202, Web Portal, or Mobile App. Residents also have the option to keep a check on their applications using a special Tracking ID.

Dedicated representatives, called Facilitators, will visit the homes of people to deliver the services, to make sure that the services reach the citizens efficiently.
