COMSATS University Islamabad (CUI) has recently unveiled its second merit list for the 2023 admissions to its wide array of bachelor’s degree programs. This announcement has sparked anticipation among students who are eagerly awaiting the release of the third merit list.
CUI, one of Pakistan’s largest public sector universities, is particularly renowned for its Computer Science and IT programs. The recent entry tests for engineering programs have resulted in an increase in program merit, a detail that was previously communicated.
In addition to its academic excellence, CUI has also established the Student Startup Business Center (SSBC) to foster innovation and entrepreneurship among students. This initiative serves as a platform for supporting and nurturing entrepreneurial spirit within the academic environment.
The closing merits for various undergraduate programs have been made public, with an optimistic outlook that the forthcoming COMSATS University 2nd Merit List 2023 may witness a slight decline of approximately 1% in select programs. This projection adds an element of anticipation to the admissions process, enhancing the excitement for prospective students and stakeholders alike.

The second merit list for the year 2023 includes programs such as BS Computer Sciences, BS Software Engineering, BS Artificial Intelligence, BS Cyber Security, BS Data Sciences, BS Computer Engineering, BS Business Data Analytics, BS Electrical Engineering, BS Electrical Electronics Engineering, BS Accounting & Finance, BS Business Administration, BS BioSciences, BS Chemistry, and many more.
Candidates can log into the CUI Admission account and check their admission status. If required, CUI will publish the 2nd merit list on 09 August 2023.
