To register, students are advised to download the latest HSSC Examination Notification, which contains all the necessary information. They should then read the instructions carefully before proceeding to the registration page. The form requires accurate details such as the student’s name, father’s name, and selected subjects.

Once the form is filled out, students are encouraged to review their particulars for accuracy before submitting. Upon successful submission, a unique registration number will be generated, which should be saved for future reference. Students can then click on the “Get Forms/Reports” link to obtain printable forms.
The documents required for registration include a recent passport-size photo, copies of the student’s B-Form/CNIC and father’s CNIC/Local/Domicile, Fee Challan for Registration for fresh candidates, Fee Challan for Examination, and attested copies of the Registration and Examination Forms by a gazetted officer.

After assembling these documents, students can submit their completed application at the board office along with the paid fee challan. The portal also provides an option for corrections in case of any mistakes in the printed documents, free of charge.
