Services, General Administration and Coordination Department has today issued a notification on 27th April 2023 regarding the upcoming holiday on 1st May 2023 which is Labor Day in Sindh province. Labor Day Holiday Notification 2023
The Sindh government has announced a public holiday across the province on Labor Day. This means that all government offices and institutions will remain closed on May 1, 2023.

Labor Day is celebrated on May 1 every year across the country, and the Sindh government has declared this day as a public holiday for 2023, so, if you work for the government, remember that May 1 is Monday. All offices will remain closed on, 2023.
Regarding Labor Day, all autonomous and semi-autonomous institutions, corporations and local councils managed by the Sindh government will also not work on this day. Please note that only essential services will be available, so plan accordingly.
