Yamaha Motor Pakistan Limited has announced a significant increase in the prices of its motorcycles. Despite facing stiff competition in the market, the company continues to raise its prices, reflecting the challenging economic conditions.
Yamaha bikes have a substantial market share in Pakistan, thanks to their stylish designs, impressive performance, and strong resale value. However, the recent price hike, which sees an increase of up to Rs29,000, may test the loyalty of its customer base. The top-of-the-line unit from Yamaha now costs Rs439,000, a considerable jump from its previous price.
The price increase is not limited to a single city or region. Across Pakistan, from Sargodha to Faisalabad, Mirpur to Peshawar, Quetta to Sialkot, Attock to Gujranwala, Jehlum to Multan, Bahawalpur to Gujrat, Nawabshah to Chakwal, Hyderabad to Nowshehra, and Lahore to Karachi and Islamabad, the new price for Yamaha bikes stands at PKR 223,800.
