Summer break has been declared by the All Pakistan Private Schools Federation (APPSF) for private schools under its administrative authority.
According to the official notice, all private schools will be closed from June 15 to August 14. The academic year will resume on August 15.
The Sindh government officially declared the start and finish dates for the long-awaited summer break for schools and institutions across the state earlier this month.
Beginning June 1, students and teachers may look forward to a well-deserved two-month holiday that will conclude on July 31. On August 1, educational institutions will reopen.
Similarly, the Punjab government has stated that schools would be closed for the summer beginning June 1.
Maqbool Ahmed, the Secretary of School Education, said a report will be forwarded to Punjab’s Chief Minister, asking permission for the decision.
