Federal school authorities have released new opening times for all schools after the end of summer vacations in 2024. Educational institutions will open from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on weekdays.
An update received from the Federal Directorate of Education (FDE) states that new school timings for the schools have been introduced as August 5 after summer vacations.

According to the latest available information, single-shift schools will be from 0730 am to 0130 pm Monday through Thursday and from 0730 am to 1230 pm Fridays.
The evening schedule will be from 2 pm to 7 pm Monday through Thursday and from 2:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Fridays.
Vacations in different educational centers in Islamabad were finished only on August 4 due to hot weather.
Other areas, including Sindh and Blouchistan, also canceled their summer vacations due to the country’s hot and humid conditions.
