The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Lahore has announced that the registration deadline for Class 9 students has been extended.
According to a BISE Lahore representative, schools can now register students till May 22 without facing any charges. If schools miss the extended deadline, they can still register students until June 6, 2023, but there will be a Rs. 600 late charges.
The initial registration deadline was set for May 16, and the late fee registration deadline was set for May 30. Additionally, students can register online through the BISE Lahore website, for which they must pay an Rs. 1000 online registration fee.
In other events, the BISE Lahore announced on Saturday the amended schedule of three SSC-1 papers that had been postponed owing to the peace and order situation during the recent countrywide protests. The documents will now be held on the 15th, 17th, and 18th of May. According to a board announcement, modified schedules will be communicated to impacted students through SMS.
