HEC Law Admission Test LAT Schedule 2023

The Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan is responsible for administering the Law Admission Test (LAT) for candidates aspiring to gain admission into five-year undergraduate LLB degree programs.

These programs are offered by HEC/PBC-recognized public and private institutions and universities. The LAT is a mandatory prerequisite for securing admission to these LLB programs.

For the year 2023, the HEC has outlined a specific schedule for the LAT. Prospective students must take note of this schedule as it is crucial for their journey toward an LLB degree.

The application process is of utmost importance, and candidates must ensure that they submit their Admission Applications by the final deadline, which falls on October 30, 2023.

The pivotal date in this admission process is the day of the Law Admission Test LAT itself. Scheduled for November 12, 2023, this examination is a crucial step that aspiring law students must prepare for.

The LAT is designed to assess candidates’ knowledge and skills, and it will include Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) as well as an essay component, which can be written in either Urdu or English. Additionally, candidates are required to provide a personal statement as part of their test.
