BISE Abbottabad Board has announced the re-totaling schedule for the 2023 matriculation exams. The board had already declared the matric annual exam results last month.
Students who want to apply for rechecking of their exam papers can now do so by submitting applications along with the requisite fee by January 15th, 2024.
The fee for re-totaling has been set at Rs. 700 per paper. Candidates will have to fill out application forms providing their details and indicate which papers they want re-tallied.

The re-totaling results will then be announced by the BISE Abbottabad on January 25th, 2024. Students can download the re-totaling forms and deposit fee challans from the official board website. The challans are to be deposited at the designated Allied Bank Limited branch.
Re-totaling provides an opportunity for students to have their exam papers re-checked and marks verified in case they feel there were any issues with the initial assessment. This can potentially lead to improved grades if any genuine mistakes are identified in the original marking.
The matric exams conducted by the Abbottabad Board saw thousands of students participate earlier this year. The board is now facilitating the re-totaling process so students can address any concerns over their results before moving ahead to college admissions.
