The Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) has announced the commencement of its Semester Spring 2023 examinations, set to begin on September 1 and conclude on October 5. The university will be conducting final exams for a variety of programs, including Open Courses, Certificate Courses, Matriculation, Intermediate in Fine Arts (FA), and Intermediate in Commerce (ICom) Programs.
In an effort to ensure accessibility and convenience for students, AIOU has established a comprehensive network of examination centers at the regional level across the country. This initiative overseen by Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Nasir Mehmood, aims to provide students with examination centers located near their residences.
The official date sheet for the examinations is now accessible on the university’s website. In addition, students can download their roll number slips through the CMS portals, streamlining the process for candidates. To keep students updated, the university has also dispatched mobile SMS notifications to all concerned students.
To uphold the integrity and transparency of the examination process, special committees have been formed as per the directives of the Vice Chancellor. These committees are tasked with preventing duplication and ensuring that the examination process remains fair and transparent. This move underscores AIOU’s commitment to maintaining high academic standards and providing a fair and equitable examination environment for all students.
