The Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE) has confirmed the date for the announcement of the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) First Annual Examination 2023 results. The declaration is scheduled for 18 July at 2 PM PKT, as per a circular issued by the FBISE.
The Federal Education Minister Rana Tanveer Hussain will be the one to officially announce the results. All officers and officials have been directed by the federal board to ensure their presence at the event. In addition, officers of Grades 18 and above have been specifically instructed to attend the result announcement ceremony.
In an effort to maintain order during the event, the FBISE has prohibited the parking of both official and private vehicles, including cars and motorcycles, within the premises of the FBISE Headquarters.
The SSC Part II and I exams commenced on 27 April and 28 April respectively. They were initially set to conclude on 20 May for Part II and 22 May for Part I. However, due to public protests following the arrest of former Prime Minister Imran Khan on 9 May, the FBISE had to reschedule exams that were originally planned for 10, 11, and 12 May. Consequently, both Part I and II exams concluded later than expected, on 26 May.
The upcoming announcement of the results marks the culmination of this year’s examination process, which was affected by unforeseen circumstances. Despite these challenges, the FBISE has managed to successfully navigate through the situation and is now ready to announce the results.
