University of Health Sciences (UHS) has announced a revised schedule for the release of merit and selection lists for public and private medical and dental colleges in Punjab for the 2023-24 session.
The previous schedule notified by UHS has been updated in light of the re-conduct of the Medical and Dental College Admission Test (MDCAT) exams in Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
As per the new schedule, the provisional merit list for government medical and dental colleges will now be displayed on December 8th, followed by the final merit list on December 12th.
The first college-wise selection list for MBBS admissions will be out on December 15th, with the last date for fee deposits being December 20th. The 2nd and 3rd selection lists for government medical colleges are set for December 22nd and 29th respectively.
Additionally, UHS has communicated that the provisional merit list for private medical and dental colleges across Punjab will likely be issued on December 18th.
The updated schedule aims to streamline the admission process after the delay caused by the reconduct of entrance exams in some provinces.
