Subhashree Sahu, a 16-year-old Instagram model from Ganjam, Odisha, has recently gained widespread attention as her photos and videos have gone viral on social media platforms such as Twitter and Reddit. Known for her striking presence on Instagram, Sahu’s sudden rise to fame was unexpected, earning her the moniker of ‘sensational viral girl’.
The viral content features Sahu participating in a scene while dressed in a black top and blue pants. However, some social media users have claimed that these images had already garnered significant attention before they were shared on other platforms. This claim, however, is disputed.
In the wake of this sudden virality, several unscrupulous websites have reportedly started spreading false information about Sahu, even going as far as creating and disseminating fake photos and videos of her to increase their own social media engagement.
The story took a dramatic turn when Sahu’s Instagram account was allegedly disabled for unknown reasons. In an attempt to regain control of her account, she reportedly sent two photos and five videos to her boyfriend, who claimed that a sum of Rs 50,000 was needed to restore the account. These images and videos were later leaked on social media, but it is unclear who was responsible for their dissemination.
In a tragic twist, Sahu reportedly attempted suicide following the incident and is currently receiving treatment in a hospital. Reports suggest that she is recovering well.
In response to the incident, Sahu and her family have reported the matter to the police. There have also been numerous posts on social media demanding justice for Sahu, with many urging others not to share the leaked images and videos, citing ethical concerns over broadcasting content featuring a minor.
As the investigation continues, it is hoped that justice will be served and that this incident will serve as a stark reminder of the potential dangers and ethical considerations associated with sharing personal content on social media.
