Paddy McGuinness and his estranged wife Christine McGuinness kept their split from their three children a secret. Twins Leo and Penelope, nine, and six-year-old Felicity, about their split.
The former model, 34, split from the presenter, 49, in 2022 after 11 years of marriage, but they are still living and holidaying together to keep things ‘normal’ for the children. .
Stating that they also plan to spend Christmas together as a family, the beauty added: ‘It’s good for them to see mummy and daddy on the mend’.
Despite the break-up, they have remained friendly and still live in the same Cheshire home and are currently enjoying a festive family holiday with three children – all of whom have been diagnosed with autism.
And in a new interview with OK! magazine, Christine shared that the couple has not yet planned to tell their children about the split.
When asked if Leo, Penelope and Felicity were aware of their parents’ relationship status, he replied: ‘No, of course not, they’re too young. I’m just trying to stick to a normal routine.’
Christine and Paddy confirmed their split in July, just hours after sharing photos from a last-minute family holiday to Center Parks.
The couple, who met in 2011, were plagued by rumors of infidelity by Top Gear presenter Paddy – which he put down to marital difficulties – before announcing their break-up.
And Christine’s candid interview comes after she was spotted kissing Chelsea Grimes during a cozy trip to the winter wonderland.
