MOSCOW: Russia said on Monday it wants to take relations with China to a “new level” and looks forward to face-to-face talks with Beijing’s leadership, as a Russian newspaper reported that China’s top diplomat Carr will visit Moscow in February.
“We believe that the potential of Russia-China bilateral cooperation is still not exhausted,” the Russian Foreign Ministry said.
