Meghan Markle has finally opened up about the death threats she received during her dating and married life.
This all came out during Meghan Markle’s interview for the Netflix documentary. Harry and Meghan.
She began by saying, “I would say to the police, if any other woman in Toronto told you that I had six grown men sleeping in their cars around my house following me everywhere. There are places I go and I’m scared. Are you saying it was stalking?”
“And they said yes, but there’s really nothing we can do because of who you’re dating.”
“I was like, so I have to live like this? And then I got death threats and things changed because I needed security.
Prince Harry also chimed in at the end, pointing out how, “To see another woman in my life, who I love, going through this feeding frenzy, it’s hard. It’s basically It’s predator vs. prey.
He even commented on how dating Meghan Markle “became a combination of car chases, anti-surveillance driving and disguises, which is not a special way to start a relationship but we always Come at it with as much humor as possible.”
“Every time we see each other we’ll give each other a big hug and try to live as normal a life as possible.”
