In a terrifying attack by two XL American bullies, a tiny Jack Russell’s mouth is chewed off.
Greg McCosker was walking his 11-month-old puppy George in Liverpool’s Princes Park when the little Jack Russell was attacked and had his jaw broken, leaving him with only the skin on both sides.
George had to undergo four hours of surgery to reconstruct his jaw using pins and an external metal cage.
Greg, 35, said it was his fault his dog was attacked because he let it off the leash.
“I had him off the lead with my harness, but he suddenly took off and I called after him, but it wasn’t the best to remember him as a puppy,” Greg said. said
“He made two XL Bulldog passes. They were in the lead and basically, George got too close and startled them.
“One of them literally threw it down and both me and the owner were trying to get it off.”
