Islamabad: The Supreme Court of Pakistan has acquitted Shahrukh Jatoi, the main accused in the 2012 Shahzeb Khan murder case.
A three-member bench headed by Justice Ejaz-ul-Ahsan heard the case.
Shahrukh Jatoi, the main accused, had killed Shahzeb Khan in December 2012.
In 2013, an anti-terrorism court sentenced Shahrukh and his accomplice to death, but the High Court later commuted Jatoi’s sentence to life imprisonment.
