Prince Harry, who is due to release his highly-anticipated memoir early next year, has faced backlash for being ‘brutal’ for attacking King Charles.
Royal writer Angela Lyons criticized the Duke of Sussex for focusing on his past grievances with the monarch rather than his new family. He alleged that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex “want to destroy the royal family”.
Levin, speaking to Sky News Australia, criticized the Duke for choosing Spear as the subject of his memoir, saying: “It’s a tragedy.”
She questioned: “Does he still feel the same way, having left the royal family, found a woman he absolutely loves, two children, a huge house, all the freedom he wants? ?
“All he’s doing is looking back and hanging on. What’s worse is that in the rest of the world he’s titled ‘the rest,’ as if he’s some kind of plate. There is leftovers.
“I just think it’s the most disgusting title and it’s nonsense – he was popular after the Queen and he liked to talk about it, to be a bit naughty, he was full of energy. “
He continued: “When I wrote his biography in 2018, he was just a live wire, fantastic with people of all ages, with all kinds of people, so to call myself a spare is enough. Humiliation sounds like someone doesn’t want you.
“And I asked the question, ‘Does he want to be king?’ And I’m absolutely sure, one hundred percent, he doesn’t, he wants his freedom.”
She added: “He wants to do what he wants to do when he wants to. So, for goodness sake, after all the therapy he’s had, he should start moving on.
Lyon added: “And to try to attack his parents when King Charles is really grieving for his mother is a very cruel thing to do.”
There is speculation that Harry has included personal attacks against King Charles and other members of the royal family in his upcoming autobiography.
