Pakistan’s first-class cricketer Shehzad Azam passed away due to cardiac arrest in Rawalpindi.
Shahzad Azam, a resident of Rawalpindi, suffered a heart attack on Thursday night, due to which he was taken to the hospital.
The doctors did his ECG and after the report came, he was allowed to go home.
On reaching home, Shahzad suffered a fatal heart attack, and the 36-year-old met Khaliq Haqiqi.
Shahzad Azam scored 1494 runs in 95 first-class matches and also took 388 wickets.
Shahzad Azam was a resident of Sialkot and played first-class cricket for Islamabad.
Shahzad Azam also represented the North.
