WhatsApp is creating a new feature that would allow group chat administrators to erase any messages submitted by users of the group conversation.
Group admins will have more control over their group chats with the newest WABetaInfo release. For example, an admin has removed this message. It will be delivered to the recipient as “This was deleted by an admin.”
The Google Play Beta Program will release the update in a new version of Android 2.2.22.1.1.

WABetalnfo says:
As long as the function is active, other members of the group may see who deleted the message, and this is what WhatsApp wants to tell you.
Moderators will be able to kick people out of groups, and admins will be able to do that.
Everyone will be able to delete messages for up to two days and 12 hours under new plans from the messaging platform service. However, until the feature is released, WhatsApp hasn’t made an official statement.
Since a recent update, WhatsApp users may respond to messages using emojis. WhatsApp has finally included this capability, availible in other apps.
