Second Avatar’s teaser trailer has been published, offering fans a taste of what they may expect when the movie is released in December.
The first Avatar film, Avatar: The Way of Water, was released in 2010. Three Oscars later, the movie had become the biggest earning film of all time.
To set the tone, the teaser begins with a group of avatars leaping around rocks amid the stunning environment from the previous film.
Other new cast members joining Sigourney and Sigourney Weaver will include Kate Winslet, Michelle Yeoh, Vin Diesel, and Edie Falco. In addition, Sam Worthington and Zoe Saldana have already announced that they will return.
This clip shows that a few ocean vistas include flying avatars riding dragon-like animals. In the one-line monologue delivered by Worthington’s imitation of Jake Sully, the only other word is heard.
His reply was, “I know one thing for sure. Regardless of where we travel, this family is always there for us.”
James Cameron’s follow-up to Avatar will begin to depict the tale of the Sully family, Jake, Neytiri, and their children, Disney has said.
As they fall into trouble and try to keep each other safe, it will follow them. At some point, they’ll have to deal with tragedy.
Before its general release, the trailer was exhibited in theaters.
