Luck Released Date
The first official trailer for Skydance Animation’s upcoming fantasy adventure feature, Luck, was published by Apple Original Films. The film stars Simon Pegg and Eva Noblezada as the voices of their respective characters. On Friday, August 5, it will be made accessible for viewing on Apple TV+ exclusively in every world region.
Pegg (Ice Age films) as Bob the Cat; Flula Borg (Trolls World Tour) as Jeff the Unicorn; Colin O’Donoghue (Once Upon a Time) as Gerry; Lil Rel Howery (Free Guy) as Marv; John Ratzenberger (Cheers) as Rootie; and Adelynn Spoon (Watchmen) as Hazel are just some of the actors who lend the voices to the characters in the film.
The summary states that the protagonist has “seen the realm of good and bad luck and must collaborate with magical creatures to unearth a force more powerful than even luck itself.”
Peggy Holmes is directing the enchanted and exciting movie, which was adapted from a script written by Kiel Murray, Jon Aibel, and Glenn Berger. Skydance Animation has many producers, including John Lasseter, David Ellison, Dana Goldberg, and David Eisenmann.
In addition to Luck, Apple and Skydance are planning to release another fantasy film dubbed Spellbound, which will have music composed by Alan Menken, who was awarded an Academy Award for his previous work.
