Iconic animation duo Wallace and Gromit He’s back with a brand new movie. The characters were first introduced in the short film in 1989. A Big Day with Wallace and Gromit. Opened to criticism; Directed by Nick Park, the short film currently garnered 100 percent ratings from Rotten Tomatoes critics and was nominated for an Oscar. Park continued to work on Wallace and Gromit content over the years and even won an Oscar for three titles in the series, including the feature film. Curse of the Wolf Rabbit.
30th anniversary of his release Wrong Pants comes with a brand new Wallace and Gromit movie. According to Wallace and Gromit’s official site, it will be the first Wallace and Gromit movie since the 2008s. Bread and Death Matter, With over 16 million viewers, it was the UK’s most watched television program of the 2000s. The new project will air worldwide exclusively on Netflix, with the exception of the UK, where it will first air on the BBC in 2024. Read what Park had to say about the new movie below:

The Last Resurrection of Stop Motion Animation
The announcement of a new Wallace and Gromit movie was welcomed, and it’s a sequel to the ongoing resurgence of stop motion animation. While the style hasn’t completely disappeared, it’s less common in the animation world, and it’s good to see another feature film featuring the artisanal filmmaking style. Stop motion has recently received critical acclaim in both live-action and animated films.
The former is mostly attributed to Wes Anderson’s films that feature stop motion animation in certain sequences, adding a funny yet artisanal appeal. In animated films, stop motion is mostly seen in Henry Selick. This year, Selick worked with comedian and director-writer Jordan Peele and his comedy partner Keegan-Michael Key. Wendell and the Wild, one with A solid 81 percent from Rotten Tomatoes critics. However, it was Guillermo del Toro’s entry into stop motion animation that got the most attention last year. Guillermo del Toro’s Pinocchio well executed and a beautiful tribute to stop motion animation, the style is handled with such passion and meticulousness that the film oozes with almost tangible emotion.

Also this year, there will be a Wallace and Gromit-themed escape room called “A Grand Way Out” and a never-before-seen exhibition in partnership with Aardman and the Cartoon Museum in London.
