Epic Games has revealed that the end-of-season event, Collision, will be coming to Fortnite in early June. Players may now take part in the ongoing struggle between the Imagined Order and The Seven in Fortnite’s Chapter 3 Season 2, known as Resistance, which began on March 20. The Imagined Order, on the other hand, is more interested in taking advantage of the nexus orb’s potential to control reality than the real Order. Fortnite fans will soon be able to see the conflict come to an end from the comfort of their own homes.
Several new characters, including Spider-Man, were introduced in Fortnite Chapter 3 last year, as well as a slew of previously unknown gaming elements that greatly impacted the on-the-fly action. Epic has, of course, worked to refine the battle royale throughout the course of the months that have passed.
In reality, a recent Fortnite update gave players access to a permanent no-build mode, which disables the ability to construct structures and presents an entirely new set of challenges for those competing on the island. Epic’s ever-popular multiplayer adventure will soon get yet another round of updates.
Epic Games has released the first information on the Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2 finale live event, which will take place on May 26. In less than a week, you’ll be able to watch the event called Collision on all platforms at 4:00 PM EDT on June 4. The collision will determine “the zero point’s fate,” according to a teaser revealed in an Epic blog post. Fortnite players who log in on June 4 at 8:00 a.m. ET will be treated to special lobby music and a loading screen in celebration of the one-time event.
Prior to the live collision event, Fortnite players should finish Season 2 Quests and unlock any sought-after prizes. Swapping Battle Stars for in-game goodies or collecting any remaining Omni Chips to unlock Omni Sword Pickaxe variations are all lingering objectives.
Much remains a mystery regarding Epic Games’ plans for Collision at this point in time. However, this should change as the June 4 launch date approaches, as gamers will almost certainly be eager to learn more about the game before it goes live. It wouldn’t be out of the question for a decent amount of information regarding the upcoming season of Fortnite to be leaked online as well.
Fortnite’s annual event, Collision, kicks off on June 4.
