His only friend is his pet turtle, “Hardy,” and he is also a social outcast who likes to play with his model airplanes. Despite being married to a violent man, Kinaz develops feelings for Freddie.

Karthik talked about his preparation for the part saying that he had to adjust psychologically and physically for the challenging characters and plot. He added that this was the first time he got a chance to explore his dark side. He added that playing the role motivated him to “push his skills as an actor at every stage” and allowed him to “explore a new side of my profession”.
