One of the main features is the ability for students to submit their application forms online, eliminating the need for physical visits to the board office. In addition, students will be able to check their examination results online, further reducing the need for in-person visits.
The portal will also simplify the documentation process. Instead of making trips to the board office, students will receive all necessary forms and instructions through their respective colleges. College principals will also have access to the portal, facilitating a smoother administrative process.
Chairman BIEK, Professor Naseem Memon, highlighted the motivation behind launching this online portal. He stated that it aims to address the challenges that students have faced in the past, making their experience more convenient and efficient.
Professor Memon also elaborated on how the portal will function. Students will receive unique sign-in details, granting them access to the portal.
They will be able to submit their examination forms online, and confirmation slips will be sent directly to their respective colleges, simplifying the process. The online portal will also provide college administrators with access to essential student information, improving administrative efficiency.
Regarding the examination process itself, Professor Naseem Memon emphasized its various stages, including bundling, washing, codification, and result compilation. He also stressed the importance of maintaining student anonymity while their answer sheets are being assessed by teachers.
