Cambridge International is set to release the A-Level and AS results for approximately 45,000 students today. This announcement marks the culmination of the 2023 exam series, with O-Level results expected to be declared next week.

The 2023 exam series witnessed a substantial increase in participation, with 1.7 million entries from 5,600 schools across 147 countries for all qualifications combined. This represents an 11% increase compared to the previous year.
Despite the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic, Pakistani students have demonstrated resilience and determination. Thanks to their hard work and unwavering support of their schools, teachers, families, and communities, they have successfully achieved the qualifications necessary for their future endeavors.
Cambridge International also highlighted that students whose exams were canceled three months ago due to violent protests have continued their education without disruption.
Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry emerged as the most popular subjects among students. Hundreds of schools across the country offer Cambridge programs and qualifications, further enhancing the educational landscape.
The Group Managing Director of Cambridge congratulated the students on their achievements and praised their resilience in the face of adversity over the past few years. Uzma Yousuf, Cambridge International’s country director from Pakistan, also lauded the students for their remarkable accomplishments. She expressed her satisfaction at the successful rescheduling of two canceled A-Level exams, despite the volatile political climate in the South Asian nation.
